At Youth School in partnership with Nikon MEA, we believe in the power of photography as a tool for learning, creativity, and self-expression. Our collaboration with Rise for Success brings students hands-on opportunities to build future-ready skills, from visual storytelling to digital media literacy. Together, we are creating a platform where young people not only learn the technical art of photography but also use it to capture their journey, amplify their voices, and rise towards success with confidence.

The Youth School Program was born from a simple belief: every young person has a story worth telling, and photography is one of the most powerful ways to tell it.
What started as a small initiative to introduce students to cameras has now grown into a regional movement, supported by Nikon, that connects classrooms, communities, and creativity. Over the years, we have worked with schools, universities, and nurseries across the UAE and beyond — helping students discover not only how to take pictures, but how to see the world differently.
Lasu Manasi is a dedicated advocate for youth empowerment and skill development through Rise for Success. With a passion for creating opportunities that help young people unlock their potential, Lasu focuses on building programs that combine creativity, learning, and practical experience to prepare students for future success.

Our mission is to integrate the art of visual storytelling into schools and universities, helping young people document their journey, express their ideas, and build portfolios that support both academic growth and career pathways.
